Annapurneshwari Gas Distributers of Sadalga have informed all the customers for invalid gas connection status. People are worried as almost 80% are invalid connections. They are checking online for their statuses and also started applying online. In Shantinagar a Net Cafe center is asking Rs – 50/- for each status verification and uploading the details to internet.

How to Check LPG Gas Connection Status
The following steps will help you to check your LPG cylinder connection status.
Step 1: Visit the official website of CFSCA http://ahara.kar.nic.in/
Step 2: Click on the link name called “Click here to verify your LPG/Ration Card status and to update RR No. etc” (http://web2.kar.nic.in/fcslpg1/)
Step 3: The next page will take you to LPG connection verification website. Click on the button name called “Verification Status of LPG Connection” (http://web1.kar.nic.in/fcslpg3/main.aspx).
Step 4: Fill the LPG Consumer Status Form. Fill the required details as follows, Select any one Company IOC(Indane), HPC(Hindustan), BPC(Bharat), Select the district, distributor and Consumer number.
Step 5: Press on “Go” button to check the status.
How to Submit (or) Upload RR No details
You can find the button named as “Enter/Upload ESCOM RR No details for LPG Connection” with http://web1.kar.nic.in/fcslpg3/rcrr_upload_final.aspx link name. Fill the required all details and upload scanned documents. Then Press on submit button. Once you submitted you can check the Acceptance Status of uploading of RR No details using Acknowledgement Number through this link.

Sadalga Borgaon Road Closed

Sadalga-Borgaon (Doodhganga River barrage)

Sadalga Borgaon road is closed after Doodhganga river rises above its bank. Now everyone especially two wheeler vehicles and farmers have to go via Shamanewadi – Shiradwad – Janawad to reach their farms (whose farms are other side of river). Many farmers started moving their pump-sets installed on the river side, many have drown in the river.

Kartavya Foundation Inaugurated

“If you are confident then you will achieve your goal” – said by Dr. D. N. Dabhade, during “Kartavya Foundation” inauguration in Bedkihal. Kartavya Foundation distributed note books, sports accessories and science equipment to Shiddeshwara Shikshan Sanstha and 100 plates to Marathi school no. 4 of Bedkihal.

Profit for Bedkihal PKPS Bank

Mr. Shivagonda Benade president of Bedkihal Primary Krishi Pattina Sahakari Bank told bank has achieved 15 lacks of profit during this financial year. Having 1725 total members in its turf with 56,0 51,000/- rupees shares in which 51 lacks 82000/- are deposits. This year bank is given loan of amount 4 crores 36 lacks and 63000/- to its members residing in Bedkihal. Also its already recovered 99% of loan from members.

In 2010-11 year, bank is released Death Relief Fund of 1000/- rupees each to 38 people, and through Yashavi Bima Yojana 4 people have got the benefits though all other members have got benefits of Yashasvi Arogya Yojana. In this financial year 150 new members are added and have sanctioned 35 lacks of loan to them. Bank is also having sub sections for selling agricultural products such as Urea and Pesticides along with government given ration card holders getting rice, sugar and wheat at lowest costs said vice president Mrs. Lata Patil.

Police Outpost at Circle?

Shamanewadi and Bedkihal people wanted full time police out post in circle, a request has been given to Karanataka CM Mr. B. S. Yaddurappa during his visit to Shamanewadi for Gunodaya Teertha foundation stone laying program here by Bedkihal Gram Panchayat Chairman Mr. Shankar Dada Patil and Shamanewadi Gram Panchayat Chairman Arjun Madhale along with GP members from both villages.

Recently there were many incidents happened as late night workers arrive here at circle from Ichalkaranji, Chikkodi and on the way to their homes they were robbed. Thieves shown their hand also in Shantinath Jain Temple in circle, a women from Shamanewadi was lost her 30gms gold chain on the way from Bedkihal Tuesday market and its during evening!

Now a days people were worried to go alone especially from Bedkihal circle to Bedkihal Bus stand where there is zero locality.

Will this request be granted? are we going to be in safer hands if we get police out post in circle? For all these questions time will answer….

Gunodaya Teerth Laying Foundation by Karnataka CM B S Yaddurappa, Prakash Hukkeri, Suresh Angadi, Katti brothers, Babanna Khot, many others along with Gunadharnandiji Maharaj

There were more then 1 lack people witnessed this grand Gunodaya Teertha foundation stone laying event, more then 40,000 people had lunch in Gunadharnandi Kalpadhrum Bhavan and for this mega event 450 police were deployed for CM’s security, a bomb squad was deployed at gate to check each and every person, special passes for VIP’s were issued.

CM’s helicopter arrived here at 12:30pm from there he and his team visited the Jayakumar Khot’s house for tea and then to Hanimanale’s house in Shantinagar to discuss with Yuvacharya Gunadharnandiji Maharaj. After discussion from Hanimanale’s house along with Maharaj and other ministers went to Pandal by walk. CM inaugurated the foundation stone, Mr. V. Dhananjaya Kumar welcomed everyone to this holy place Shamanewadi, Yuvacharya 108 Gunadharnandiji blessed CM with his words also not forgot to mention Prakash Hukkeri, Mantesh Kavatagimath, Katti brothers. CM, Ministers, MLA’s were facilitated by Khot families of Shamanewadi.

Mr. Prakash Hukkeri arranged vehicles to people from his constituency to visit this mega event, NWKRTC Chikkodi also ran more buses these 3 days to Shamanewadi.

CM also handed over the letters to Ashraya Yojane Houses to poor people here. CM assured there will be a new Jain Vidyapeeth (Institute) in Kothali or Stavanidhi for which he granted 2 crores. He also granted 2 crores for Varur Navagraha Teerth for constructing Brindavan type garden.

After 2pm Mr. V. Dhananjaya Kumar inaugurated the foundation stone for Pravachan Hall in Shri Vidyanand Jnyana Kendra.

Navagraha Teerth prerak Yuvacharya shri 108 Gunadharanandiji Maharaj’s dream Gunodaya Teertha in Shamanewadi the grand 3 days function started here in Kusumavati Mirje College Campus’s big pandal.

Nadoja Patil Puttappa, Kamala Hampana, Veerkumar Patil (MLC) and many other guests were welcomed by Gunodaya Teertha Welcome Committee. Program started by hosting the flag by Mr. Veerkumar Patil, later Dweep Prajwalana is done by Papu and Hampana.

Blueprint of holy places will be prepared – Kavatagimath

MLC Mahantesh Kavatagimath said the blueprint of holy places belonging to Jain community in Chikkodi taluk will soon be prepared so as to urge the government to development them as tourist spots.

Speaking to reporters at Chikkodi on Tuesday, he said many people belonging to Jain community reside in Chikkodi taluk. Villages like Kothali, Sthavanidhi, Bhoj, Shamanewadi and Sadalaga are famous as holy spots, where Acharya Deshbhushan Maharaj, Acharya Shantisagar Maharaj, Acharya Vidyananda Maharaj were born and spread divine knowledge across the country, he said.

Kavatagimath said chief minister B S Yeddyurappa will lay the foundation stone for Gunodaya Teerth building on April 30 at Shamanewadi, in the presence of Gunadharanandi Maharaj.

The CM will be requested to release funds for the development of holy places, the MLC said, adding that Yeddyurappa has announced Rs 1-crore grant for the development of Sthavanidhi, a holy place.

Jain community leaders Pasagouda Patil, A R Patil and Appasab Chougula and Taluka BJP president were present.

Shamanewadi College Road Work Started

Shamanewadi bus stand to circle road work is started here yesterday, Mr. Prakash Hukkeri (MLA of Chikodi-Sadalga) tried his best to give 30 lacks for this road work which was pending from few months. JCB is worshiped by GP vice chairman Devaki Shiraguppe in the presence of ZP member Ganesh Hukkeri and Sudarshan Khot, Bapusaheb Hanimanale, Uday Khot, Ajit Madhale, GP members of Shamanewadi, Ashok Naare of Bedkihal were present.

The existing road will be widened 2 meters on both sides and then tar road will be made on top of this. Also looking forward to build footpath at one side.
